Sending five attachments when one would do is how documents get lost. Merging puts everything in a single file that opens in order: the cover letter first, then the form, then the supporting scans.

How many PDFs can I merge in one go?
Up to 50 files per job. Very large jobs depend on the memory of your device; a recent phone handles a few hundred pages comfortably.
Will merging reduce the quality?
No. Pages are copied, not re-created, so they look exactly like the originals.
Can I change the order after adding the files?
Yes. Drag a file to a new position or use the arrow buttons next to it. You can also remove a file from the list.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Filetaki tools run inside your browser, so the file stays on your phone or computer. That is why it also works when your connection is slow.
Do I need a plan to download?
Yes. You can add files, choose options and see the result first. Downloading needs a plan: €0.60 for 3 days, then €39.95 every 4 weeks until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, including during the 3 days.
